Principle:
The cleaned air is heated and enters the drying tower. The material in the tower is atomized and turned into microdroplets through two or three liquid nozzles. The raw material is rapidly exchanged with hot air to evaporate the moisture (solvent) in the raw material. Moisture or solvent is discharged together with hot air, and then a powder product is obtained.
Features:
● For raw materials with high viscosity and thick grease, the effect is better. Other devices cannot replace it.
●More varieties, suitable for low temperature drying.
●The nozzle structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the running cost is low.
