Descriptions：
ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used in the drying, cooling and wetting of powder granular materials in chemical, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt, sugar and other industries.
Principle：
The material enters the machine from the feeding port. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward in the horizontal direction, and the hot air passes upwards through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. After the humid air is removed the powder dust by the cyclone, the air is exhausted and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.
Features：
● The vibration is created by vibration motor, which is stable in operation, convenient in maintenance, low in noise, long in life and convenient in maintenance.
● High thermal efficiency, energy saving more than 30% than general drying equipment. The temperature distribution of the bed is uniform, there is no local overheating, the fluidization is well-proportioned, and there is no dead angle.
● Adjustable and adaptable to face width. Infinitely adjustable can be achieved by layer temperature and moving speed in the machine as well as uniform full amplitude variation.
● The damage to the surface of the material is small, and the dry material which can be used for the fragile material does not affect the working effect when the particles are irregular.
● Using a fully enclosed structure, it effectively prevents the cross-infection of the material and the air to keep operation cleanness.
● When used for high-volume production of high-moisture materials, multiple series can be used to meet user requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate, etc.)
