This system makes proper moisture damp material by mixing powder and binder, then presses the damp material into column-shape granule and is made into high degree ball-shape granule in pelletizer. At last remove the water by drying equipment and the ball-shape granule can be obtained.
1、CH Guttered Mixer
By machinery transmission, the machine makes stirring oar rotate,
drive material turning to-and-fro, after even mixing, add the binder,
then made into the required damp material which conforms next process.
We can also choose GHL high-speed granulator for wet material.

2、Extrude granulator
This machine adopts one pair of rotating grinding blade to grind form damp material into column-shape granule by stainless steel sieve cylinder which is provided to pelletize in next process.
The machine can obtain different size granule by changing the stainless steel sieve.

3、QZL Pelletizer
This machine makes damp granule into beautiful pellet by setting rotating centrifugal disk，blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk. It can make the damp granule in float and circle by the air from gap, rotating centrifugal strength and itself gravity，appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-round pellet.

4、Drying：
Dry the wet pellets in GFG high efficient fluid bed dryer, FG fluid bed dryer, CTC Heat cycle oven, get rid of the water; get the pellets as we need.
