Principle：

Compared with the QG series pulse airflow dryer, it has the advantages of long material residence time and low final product moisture, which expands the range of material handling.

The bottom intensifier is unique in design, the stirring teeth are diamond-shaped, and the flow linearity can minimize the wind resistance. It is arranged in the conical hopper, the splitting knife and the fixed knife, and the pulverizing effect is remarkable, so that the falling agglomerate material is quickly pulverized to be suitable for airflow drying. The other main function of the intensifier stirring is to disperse the material powder pellets and increase the contact area with the high-speed hot air coming in from the hopper. Therefore, a fluidized bed with strong heat and mass transfer is formed in the hopper area, and most of the moisture is in the The hopper area is dried. As the drying progresses, the lighter and thinner dry material is significantly affected by the gas flow, rises with the gas stream and is further dried, and finally exits the top of the drying tower into the material collection system.
